A leading petroleum company specialized in waste management and solids control management based in Hassi Messaoud is looking for ‘HR Coordinator’.
Main responsibilities :
- Revise on a weekly basis the manpower plan percentage of execution.
- Source for candidates and select applicants for interview by matching their experience to the job Description.
- Respond to general recruitment queries via email and telephone.
- Write and send Job offers and contracts the accepted candidates.
- Receive new hires & make an introduction for them.
- Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities.
- Expand recruitment sourcing for all levels & by all channels.
- Get trainees feedback & Evaluate training effectiveness.
- Prepare an employee satisfaction report and submit to the HR Manager
- Implement all the training logistics …etc.-
- Has a good experience in Implementing Trainings.
- Prepare and place all internal and external announcement for recruitment…etc.

Experience, education and requirements :
- Bachelor of Management or diploma or degree in Human Resources Management.
- Experience 1 - 3 years in similar field.
- Excellent computer skills & Proficient in Word, Excel.
- Good skills in Arabic, French and English.
